Las Vegas/Christmas Decorating

Las Vegas was really fun as usual. It was a little different though because we had the kids with us. Luckily my mom came which made it a little easier. On the first day, my mom, the kids, and I drove down from Salt Lake. It was actually a really smooth drive. The kids did so great. That evening we checked into our condo (which was really nice), ate at the Rain Forest Cafe, walked around the Excalibur, then headed back for the night. The next day was Saturday. It was full of lots of fun. We started out by breakfast at Ihop, Walmart to stock up our kitchen, the Mirage to see the dolphins and tigers, then a two hour break to let the kids nap. After the nap we went swimming then to MGM to see the lions, then Denny's for dinner, M&M World, and Coke, then dropped the kids and grandma off at the resort so I could pick up Chez from the airport. That night Chez and I did our own thing while my mom watched the kids. On Sunday, we went to Circus Circus, In N Out for lunch, swimming, a nice long nap for everyone, Serendipity for their famous Sundaes (it was sooooo good), the Bellagio water show, then Chez and I went off alone again for the evening. On Monday, we started out by shopping at the mall, lunch at Chili's, nap time, then my mom, the kids, and I went to visit my cousin who works at the Pallazo hotel while Chez played some poker. We met up with Chez a couple hours later and he and my mom rode the roller coaster at NY NY ( I am not a fan of roller coasters so I bailed out). Again, that night, Chez and I went off alone and we got to sit three rows from the front at the Phanton of the Opera. It was soooooo good. I loved it. Our trip was very fun and the drive back was just as good as the drive there. We did our Christmas decorating today and tomorrow we will put up our fresh tree and decorate it. Merry Christmas!
